Winery Review: Plum and Cherrywood aroma with vanilla,
Viognier pushing on the mid-plate, with proper tannins on the finish. Character and complexity of Burgundian P.
Noir
My Review: This wine smelled heavily of pepper and
cherries. It was a dry, even bitter wine
with components of cherry and wood. I feel this would make a nice companion to a meal with red meat.
